Very cheaply made

Runs Small, Cheap Fabric
I will agree with many of the reviews that the costume is cheaply made. It also runs very small. I normally wear a medium top but I went up to a large for this costume. The jacket does not even close in the front, but the sleeves are very wide. I will need to make some alterations in order to fasten the front closed. But after having said all of that, I will say the effect of the costume is quite nice. The umbrella parrot topper is really cute The hat is a little rumpled but I think I can spruce it up.
