Perfect match!
I was able to buy a a sewing machine at the thrift store for $4.99 because it came without a cord. I borrowed a friend's cord to take to the store in order to test the machine. Once I found it worked I looked to see if I could buy just the replacement cord. Amazon to the rescue again! This cord works perfectly in my new to me machine and I've enjoyed many hours of sewing items for operation Christmas child on it.

It fits my old Singer 2517 machine
My machine failed to work: I could make only few slow stitches within several seconds.The "pedal problem" was my first guess, and it was correct guess.It has somewhat loose fit into machine. But I need it right now and don't have time for replacement.I am not even sure it is possible.As long as nothing touches the plug, it stays in place so far.Thank you.

Uncle likes the pedal
Bought this for my uncle cause he has a heavy foot and is easy to work with, adjustable speed, able to handle and not break from his foot. And functions with my uncles old style sowing machine and is great price. My uncle even asked me to buy him another one for his other one in Mexico cause he usually breaks them in about four month and is still working.
