Use it to ease the pain in my ankle, works fast and gets me through the night. I don't use as much as suggested.

the only fragrance-free topical diclofenac
When the doctor asked me to use voltaren gel, I had to look for a while to find a fragrance-free version, and this seems to be the only one readily available. Texture is good, works.

Works well
I have arthritis in my hands, and this definitely helps. I used to take diclofenac in pill form, but my doctor stopped it because I had been on it a long time and he was worried it would affect my liver. So, he gave me a prescription for the topical gel. I can only use that at home though because the smell is so strong. So, I was happy to find this is fragrance free. It still has a slight smell, but nowhere near as strong as the prescription one. I can use this one before I go out, or even when I am out and no one else can smell it. I find that a dose much smaller than the one suggested works just fine, plus it means less is absorbed into the body so it's safer. All in all, I'm happy with it. It can be returned, so you have nothing to lose to try it. You can buy this same thing at most drugstores. I was ordering other things from Amazon so just added this in.

Awesome product!
I am writing a great review about this item because not only did it work but this item was better used on my joints effectively, than some over-the-counter, oral medication. I would definitely buy this again.

Fragrance Free!!
All the other diclofenac gels add fragrance, for some reason. This doesn't smell bad, so I don't know why they add perfume to the other brands. Don't forget that it takes about a week to become effective and can be used up to 4x/day. This is not an "as needed" product - you need to be consistent to benefit.
