Borgo de Medici BLACK TRUFFLE SPREAD or SAUCE (6.3oz / 180g)

Discovered this by accident a few years ago. Its wonderful on so many things, from meats to pasta. Want a delicious, elegant dish, but don't want to spend a lot of time making it? Make the pasta of your choice and then add just a little bit of this! If people come over at the last minute, put this out with other choices, like pesto or marinara.

The stuff is fabulous. Can't say anything more than that.

Not very much flavor the sent was ok I used the truffle sauce with pasta I was very disappointed

We ate a lot of truffle spread in Italy a few years ago and brought some various items back home. This reminds me of exactly that experience and has excellent flavor. I will definitely be purchasing more. I love it on sourdough with bruschetta!

So firstly, it is not 100% truffles, it is a mix of truffle, other mushrooms, olives, etc., but that doesn't mean it lacks truffle flavor at all. You can really deliver a truffle flavor bomb with this spread.Once it arrived I immediately followed a truffle tagliatelle recipe online with minimal ingredients and it was a robust flavorful dish that impressed my wife.
