Had to have a tooth removed on my 2nd visit like 3 months later they said I now have gum disease to my shock I couldn’t believe it. So I am panicking now I don’t want to lose my teeth. Anyway she recommended this product plus the tooth paste and it has definitely made a difference to my teeth and gums where the front had receded it is slowly coming back to the tooth. I do honestly would recommend this product with the toothpaste as this is slowly working for me might not be for everyone at least give it a try. I have bought 6 boxes of toothpaste and 2 mouth wash. Even though some products stain you can use satin remover along side the mouth wash. My daughters teeth are prefect white and she had now changed over to this with out any problems. But I am answering in personal use of this product. Another thing I have found I used other mouth wash and it stung this doesn’t.
