AMAZING Image Quality
I spent months reading reviews while searching for a 27” monitor to use for video editing.I’m in the process of setting up two desks, one with a single 27” monitor and a second with two 27” monitors. Here is what I though when I received the Dell P2723QE USB-C Hub Monitor.Pros:- It arrived quickly.- It was packaged and protected well during shipping (which is something I worried about when ordering it on-line vs picking it up at a local store.- The stand that came with it has an opening for cable management.- Very easy to setup.- Came with multiple cables (easy Mac and PC setup)o USB-C cable worked right away with my M1 MackBook Pro (I didn’t have any of the issues I’ve seen in other reviews).o USB 3.2 cable worked with both an HP laptop and mini-PCo This was really nice as I could leave both cables plugged in and attach different computers when I wanted too There was also a DisplayPort cable (I haven’t tried it at this time)- There are videos available at the manufacturer website to help with setup! This was very helpful as I couldn’t get it to turn on (yes, I know that sounds funny but neither of the two buttons turned the monitor on (I had a bad outlet on the surge strip) and thought it was broken.Cons:- When I opened the box and first took out the monitor multiple screws fell out of the monitor. This left me a bit worried that either there were connections that would come loose in the near future or they dropped extra screws into the monitor during assembly.- I haven’t been able to spend any time editing videos since it arrived so I can’t speak to color matching or calibrating it just yet (not the fault of the manufacturer).-Summary:I’m amazed at the image quality and brightness (I’ll need to adjust the brightness) and look forward to getting both desks set up with three of these monitors.Photos to follow once they're all set up.

Satisfied.
Very good. But if you don’t need the usb and connection hub to connect to multiple devices, buy the other model, the same quality with about $200 lower price. I bought both and there is no quality difference.

Superb 4K we can afford
Well packaged. Simple to assemble. Used a monoprice 10ft dp1.6 cable instead of suppled - needed the length. Started up perfect. Spectacular video. Maybe not OLED but at 1/4 the cost it is definitely close enough.

5 out of 15 monitors have flickering issues with MacBooks
Nothing to add here. We bought a bulk of 15 monitors, and within a few months, 5 of them started to flicker. Some of them were replaced under warranty, but the replacement ones flicker as well. We are not going to purchase any of the Dell products again.

Cost
I was planning to buy the apple monitor but couldn't part with $1600.00, this monitor gives me everything I need and more. Picture is great.

Avoid if using an M1-M2 mac
My users are have lots of problems with M1-M2 Macs having issues with this screen connecting over usb C. HDMI purity seems to work. But this monitor is a dock for us and defeats the purpose if we can't use 1 cable. Was better pre Ventura.
