Dull
I bought three different knives from this company and all were subpar. The blades aren’t sharp at all. They look nice and the handle is nice but not worth it. Returned all three.Wife also noticed how dull they were compared to our good knives. (Japanese, Wüsthof). Was trying to save some money but not worth it.

A good sharp knife with a good feeling handle
I was expecting to see a filleting knife I could use while fishing, but I was surprised to see such a high quality knife for the same price I would pay for a knife I’d carry in my tackle box. People are going to be blown away when they see me pull this bad boy out. It’s going to look a little decadent. Lol

Nice knives
Very solid and balanced feel to the knife. Very sharp and look as though it will hold an edge for a long time. Boned a smoked chicken last night and it cut through the joints smoothly
