I’m not a big Gatorade person, so I don’t buy these expecting the flavor to be spectacular. They’re not mind blowing, but definitely tolerable. Kind of like a slightly saline version of the classic Gatorade flavors.But wow wow wow did this keep me hydrated when nothing else would during COVID. Truly I would buy this no matter what it tasted like because it’s the only thing I’ve tried that really got me feeling hydrated fast. A new sick day staple for me!

Tastes great and helps recover from workout and drinking

I've been trying to stay hydrated since I was dehydrated a couple months ago and these flavors are pretty yummy especially the strawberry kiwi! They definitely keep you hydrated! Worth the price.

Effective for rehydration, but seriously reminds me of the liquid you have to drink for a colonoscopy prep! 🥴

This product took some getting used to. Initially all the rehydrating drinks tasted very salty, but found I really needed something after being admitted to the hospital for dehydration. Hydration is something elderly people find difficult. After some adjustment I drink these everyday. So far this has been successful. I do find them to be pricey though.
