HP ProBook 6470B 14in HD Notebook High Performance Business Laptop Computer, Intel i5-3210M up to 3.1GHz, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, DVD, WiFi, Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit (Renewed)

This computer was everything I needed. I am a writer, and I could use it immediately because it came with Microsoft Office 2007. I did later update to Microsoft Office 2019. It is fast, and it's compact. The case is sturdy and made very well. I'm sure the case construction of this computer is not as chintzy as my newer HP computer that just broke and was too costly to fix. Thank you for a great computer.

After much review I chose this laptop and I have to say so far I am happy with my purchase. The laptop comes with windows 10, which by the way comes with the windows defender virus protection. That’s awesome! I downloaded the free bitdefender protection just to be extra safe.The laptop is fast I mean fast! The vendor provided instructions and a letter stating that window was already pre installed. The laptop was in tip to shape no scratches or anything. I received my laptop 4 days after a purchased it! For the money it is a no brainer go with this vendor!

Worked great til battery began failing.Will need to replace battery.But the computer itself is solid and fast

I had high hopes for this computer but unfortunately I can't tell you anything about how well it works. The computer would not come on after I opened the box. The seller was great about excepting a return. So I purchased another from a different seller.

This laptop booted up and logged on with zero problems! Renewable technology is great!

I use this laptop for games mainly, the reason I got this one is its HP and has slot for DVD. After using this laptop for 3 1/2 months, the computer works just fine. However, the screen part is coming off the base every time I close it, I have to snape it back together. When I tried to reach the part of Amazon, I got it from all they said was it's too late to return bye. Which isn't what I wanted to do, I just wanted to know how to reconnect the screen to the base permanently. They weren't any help at all!!!!!

Loved it. The easy start and continued use was just what we needed.

This laptop had ALMOST everything I wanted: the DVD/CD ROM drive built-in, software, etc. The only thing I don't like is that my 256 MB flashdrive has more memory than the laptop I just bought! I know, I know...I should've read the description more carefully, and I was mainly looking for the CD ROM disc drive built in, it just never occurred to me that anybody would sell a laptop with almost no permanent memory, and I'd have to take it to a local store for a larger Harddrive!!!
