Honeywell WiFi Air conditioning unit 12000 BTU, Portable Air Conditioner and 95L/Day Dehumidifier, 3-in-1 Smart Air Con Unit With Voice Control, Fan, Dehumidifying Functions For Rooms Upto 40m²

It’s been 5 days since I have been using this air con and have to say this is really a best thing I have bought and was much needed in this scorching heat. This air con even works like a dehumidifier which is amazing and helps dry laundry too. Not much noisy and easy to move around with castors. I prefer to control this from mobile application which is amazing

I read a few different reviews on different brands and ultimately found my decision based on the ‘BTU’. It seems the higher this number the larger the area it covers. I opted for this 12000 as it claimed to cover ample square feet and I hoped one unit would keep my entire home cool (I am on one floor).It definitely works. On one of the hottest days this year people were struggling in the heat and I was cool as a refrigerated cucumber!In hindsight I might have been better to get 2 smaller ones for around the same price to better manage separate parts of the house BUT it did keep the entire property much cooler than the outside.It is a touch noisy but I wouldn’t say much more so than a fan.I am still unsure of the difference between this and a cheaper/lower BTU because I wanted to avoid spending money and still being unbearably hot. But I can vouch for this machine, and feel the cost was worth the comfort.

Do not buy this , is not worth it , the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life by a mile . The product came faulty. However, once my return was requested and approved, i couldn’t do anything. Been given a return label that does nothing, thats just a label . Been told to don’t send the parcel without letting them know first but i can’t talk to anyone, calling on that phone number , they give you and email address that doesn’t work. You call them again and they say : we sorry but you have to try on the email address provided otherwise DO NOT SEND THE ITEM. So basically i cannot return & be refunded. Moreover they are saying they won’t refund you if you don’t return within 14 days even though the Amazon policy clearly states 30 days . The most embarrassing service and the worst customer service ever basically made in such way to make it impossible to return their item and get refunded.

This unit is very good, the noise level is really quiet for an air conditioner. The hose length fits perfect for my windows and it’s super easy to move around with the castors.

Amazing piece of machinery very good price

I bought this for my garden office shed and it definitely cools down the room from high 20s to low 20s during warm weather making it comfortable to work. No seal necessary. During the July heatwave, I moved it into my flat's living room with the same results. It works better at dusk, and during the night it cooled my entire flat of about 80 sqms to mid 20s.Portable ac are ideal for periods of high temperatures. I would not recommend it for bedrooms as it is noisy (this is why I gave it 4 stars), or as a long term solution (split unit is better for both).Make sure that you have a suitable place for it (socket and window/door) as only has 1.5m extension. Honeywell is a top brand but if I had the money I would have bought Delonghi (Honeywell~£450, Delonghi~£800).

This Aircon unit works exceptionally well. It was able to reduce the temperature in our 80 cubic metre lounge by over 3° centigrade within an hour, it is very efficient but just a little heavy.

Stay away from this item and this seller!Bought 2 brand new units - one was delivered second hand and not working! When i asked to return it immediately I was told I have to find a way to return it myself and there is no way Amazon would pick up the faulty item!If it breaks you are out of pocket basically!
