Can you apply this to a live circuit? like a live battery bms?

The upper temperature rating stated at 257c but on the comparison chart is 125c, so which one is it?

Can this be applied over capacitors on an ITX motherboard or should those be taped off as well?

I plan to use this on a TV intended for outdoor use, does it cure transparent enough that if I were to spray the screen it wouldn't inhibit viewing?
