The molds are cute, students loved them. Easy to add broken crayons to them and remove once baked. I have not cleaned them yet since they are just for melted crayons, but there is hardly any crayon reside left after removing the molded crayon.

I have a large supply of crayons, a lot of broken ones too and I just hate throwing them away, especially since they aren’t biodegradable. I just broke them up and put them in the molds. And put them in a baking sheet lined in tin foil in the oven (300 °f) until they melted completely. I waited about an hour for them to cool off completely before I took them out of the mold. My crayons stained it a bit but that’s ok. Not the easiest to clean, but wax is really hard to clean in general. The results were very nice, I like the flower and animal ones most, they are very cute. I like making fun color combinations for really fun results.

Very easy to use and delivers great results. Highly recommend using a disposable or easy to clean pan beneath for accidents. Had no issue removing from form. While melting, did add a few bits to completely fill but most filled from the start without issue. Crayons did stain molds but I don't see that as any kind of issue and only offering it as a FYI. I found best results were with oven at 260 deg for about 15 min. I and my seven-year-old grandson highly recommend them!

These are cute little molds for making crayons out of crayon bits. We had fun with them. But they did take a little care getting the crayons out - they broke easily so I had to take them out rather than my 7 year old doing it.

I was at a lose for what to do with all my sons broken crayons, but this saved me so much money in the future! My two year LOVES to color, but breaks his crayons after a little bit. I just broke some up to smaller pieces and placed them in the molds. Baked at 250 for like 10 minutes, then added a piece or two to the ones that I could see would benefit from more. Baked another 10ish minutes until melted, and let cool for an hour! Only broke one crayon removing them (to which is my own fault). Definitely worth the buy for me! And if he breaks these, I can just put them back in the mold, and remelt together!

I used these to make crayons for my students using the pieces leftover from the school year. They turned out so cute! However, I used a microwave to melt the crayons, making it hard to remove the silicone mold without spilling wax all over the microwave. If you plan to do the same, make sure to use a plate to transfer the mold from the microwave, otherwise you'll have a mess. Once the wax cooled, they popped right out. I can't wait to make more!
