As I have been suffering from pains in my wrist and thumbs decided to try these I found taking two a day with breakfast and my evening meal these worked brilliantly so if you suffer give these little fellows a whirl and I am sure you will be surprised at the result - great value for the money!

Can’t really say that this mix of glucosamine the best I’ve tried but it does help and I’m on my second order. It says the recommended dose is one per day but I raid twice per day , one does nothing for me . Helps with the pain in the joints . I would recommend.

Really uncertain about these to start as no directions given and oneof the ingredients is an alcohol!? It may be innocuous but I'm not sure.Hope they help going to try two a day as others suggest. Easy to swallow.

I have arthritis in both knees, and most of the time they are painful and swollen, and swell behind the knee, restricting movement of the joint. I was recommended these by a friend who has just had a replacement knee, and I was sceptical at first, but within a week I had changed my opinion completely. A great deal of the stiffness and restricted movement virtually vanished, and I was back to walking as well as is possible with the condition. They have quite literally given me some freedom back and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Have had these several times, they are easy to swallow and the packaging is easy to open
