Dave it a 4 because it is getting large and I have trouble swallowing pills when they get larger in size. Gave it a 4 for flavor because I'm not sure if it has a flavor. As far as value for the money, I'll have to wait and see if it works.

It might be a good product, but it can DEFINITELY cause LOW BLOOD SUGAR if you tend that way (or if you are diabetic and taking stuff to lower your blood sugar already). I tend towards low blood sugar and experienced a terrible hypoglycemic event after taking this product. I then Googled the ingredients and discovered that they ALL can cause low blood sugar! Especially the bladderwrack. I WISH THIS HAD BEEN ON THE LABEL AS A WARNING, AS I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY MONEY ON IT. This is my complaint. I'm sure it's a valid product, but one that I cannot use, and I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to know-before-you-go, and to have avoided getting so sick in the middle of the night with low blood sugar. It was horrible.

Both my husband and I have aches and pain, pasty mouth and headache from taking this product. It’s possible that the sea weed coming from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans have mercury and radiation and lots of toxins .

I cannot believe how much this has helped me with gut symptoms from foods I eat regardless of what type they are. The product controls gas, and other symptoms incredibly well. I haven't felt this good for 30 years and I have tried everything from cheap to very expensive to manage it. The lectin issue in foods seems to be the problem with many of us who suffer GI symptoms. I highly highly recommend this wonderful product. Am ordering again.
