Works perfectly on HP ML10 v2!
Probably one of the cheapest price for ECC memory. I just bought HP ML10 v2, the server comes with 8GB of memory so in order to maximize the memory I add 3 * 8 Kingston ECC. The server booted and recognized the memory change and updated the configuration.With 32GB on the server, I can bring up multiple VMs and not being worried about data corruption that could (unlikely but could) happen if you are not using ECC memory.So far so good. As the memory have a lifetime warranty from Kingston (they have a great customer service), I bought the memory used to save a bit more.Bottom line, if your server is compatible with this memory, just buy it, you'll be happy with it.

Works with HP Proliant MicroServer Gen8 w/ Xeon
As the headline says, this RAM works with the HP MicroServer Gen8 with the Xeon CPU option. It's brutally expensive for what it is, but there aren't many options.

High quality RAM. Installed into HP Micro Server Gen 8 without an issue. Passed all RAM tests without a problem.

perfect for microserver
I ordered this for an HP microserver. Worked perfectly. Sped things up considerably. Highly recommend this for a inexpensive RAM upgrade for your server.

Works great in Gen8 Microserver
Bought this for a Gen8 Proliant Microserver (the G1610T). Works great so far! (I only just installed it.)FWIW, I still get "HP Certified SmartMemory" check-box from the BIOS on startup using this RAM. (Though I confess I have no clue what that means.)

They may work, but Not for my HP, which these were SUPPOSED to work with.

Works as advertised
I purchased this RAM for my HP MicroServer Gen 8 and it definitely works as promised; this appears to be the same exact RAM that HP uses but the OS does not recognize as Smart RAM but it does pass the ECC check during boot and provides a lot more memory for a good price. I would definitely recommend this RAM for anyone looking to add more memory to an HP MicroServer Gen 8.
