Great gift for an executive chef!
Gave this knife to my son-in-law who just got promoted to executive chef and he absolutely loved it. The knife is stunning and very well presented in a gift box. This well exceeded my expectations. I hope he has many years of enjoyment using it, he plans on using it when he demonstrating at special events.. This made an excellent gift and I know that every time he uses it, he will think of me.

This is a very nice knife
I bought this for my wife for christmas and she still uses it for everything. We make sure to take very good care of it by handwashing it and drying it immediately so it doesnt pit. The knife is just starting to lose its edge but that is not an issue if you buy a roller sharpener at 12 degrees as the description of the item so nicely includes. The amount of folds that this knife has certainly shows for how well this blade retainsan edge. Of course this knife is a very good looking knife as well, I personally bought blue as it is my wife's favorite color. I loved the selection.If you take care of this knife then it will take care of you!
