My old Dell battery was dying and not holding a charge so i needed a new battery. Dell's prices were totally rididculous so I hunted around for an alternative. I found this which was affordable and had a better power rating than the Dell. On arrival it was well packaged and looked well made. Fitting was easy and I followed the first charging steps to ensure the battery fully activated. So far the battery has performed like a dream. Holds a good long charge and enables me to use my power hungry Dell for hours without hooking up the mains charger. Delighted with this battery and recommend it to others seeking a replacement.

Does what it should, fits properly, charges OK (too early to say how well it holds the charge). I was a bit miffed that it was left on my doorstep whilst I was in the house, it's the first poor delivery I've had from many Amazon Prime purchases I guess the driver could be retrained on how to knock a door.

Battery failed in less than a year. Don't buy, waste of money

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong battery, I need one for my 13 XPX 9360 but this was fine for my brothers 15 inch that required regular charging.Installation was straightforward, boot up showed no errors and charging is so far working fine holding charge much better than the old battery.So far, so good, I may well get this brand for my 13 inch as its quite good value

Good build, but still poor battery status. See pics. Notice how 51% shows 33mins, then 50% shows 2hours, then 49% shows 2hr 39mins.What's going on here ? BIOS and drivers are up to date, machine runs sweet.

Battery arrived on 5/10/23, stopped working on 30/12/23. I would like a full refund.
