Get them!
Spider mites have been the bane of my existence for years! Someone told me about mite eating mites 1-2 years ago. At first I bought another type, then found out the californicus type are for spider mites. IT WORKS!!!! For the first time every I have a tea cup rose bush (my favorite) that has lived more than a few months! They always end up dying while I'm spraying everything under the sun on them trying to battle spider mites that are on them every darned time!At first I was just putting the sachets on all my plants, but this year I've needed to put them on plants outside too, so I've started cutting the sachets open and pouring the contents onto the plant/into the dirt at the base of the plants. No more spider mites!!! I love these little mites!!!

100/10 recommend Nature's Good Guys beneficial mites!!!!
The media could not be loaded. Let me preface by saying that I am very new to house plants. I have recently had my first outbreak of spidermites and I impulsively purchased 20 of the Californicus slow release satchets- not knowing (at the time) that those are typically used for preventative measures and not for a current outbreak. I was worried, but THEY STILL WORK GREAT! I saw a couple running around within an hour of setting them out. The next morning, you could see them hunting no matter where you looked on the plant. Tomorrow will be a week of using these and they are still running around. My plants are THRIVING and we are all happy. No chemicals!! I will never use anything other than Natures Good Guys beneficial bugs!! Thank you so much!!

my plants did well
I am not sure how well these worked, but my plants did pretty well over the winter. Plants are mostly about keeping them in a good environment so that they do not fall prey to pests. I am happy to use a product that isn't a chemical.

Great Quality Product!
Really thorough with packaging. It arrived over a week earlier from expected arrival which made me very happy! Came with a bunch of instructional pamphlets that seemed very well thought and and designed. Also a cute sticker. Actual mites I have yet to release, but I will give an update when I do. I do wish their larger pamphlet was available in their Amazon pictures to more easily compare the bugs/mites you may want to buy, as I was a little confused when ordering.I will be setting up 3 satchets today and keep the rest in the fridge. In 2 weeks I will put out 3 more, then in another 2 weeks release the rest. The satchets are slow release, so the mites are in all different life stages. They will continue to release as they grow in the satchets.I also didn't see any stakes to set up the satchets, which would have been nice to include.

Unfortunately it’s time to switch to another company
I loved Natures Good Guys and used them bimonthly exclusively for the last year. I’ve ordered A LOT of bugs from them via Amazon and directly from their website. I’ve had some good shipments that arrived healthy and thriving and lots of bugs were visible. Unfortunately the last few months almost every shipment has had to be replaced due to DOA bugs. On more than one occasion, my replacement bugs have also been DOA. I stalk tracking and bring the bugs in to deploy within 30 mins of delivery. I tried ordering from Amazon instead of the website because I heard sometimes it’s better but that has not been the case. I’m sad about being forced to switch to another company because NGG has excellent customer service, pricing and lead time. I just can’t keep dealing with dead bugs and leaving my plants unprotected. My last order arrived dead and my replacement order was also dead and I’ve been without bugs for over a month now and seeing signs of spider mites when I need the bugs the most. I hope you pay attention to your customer feedback because a lot of people are saying the same thing and turning to koeppert and arbico

These guys obliterated my spider mite problem
I was very skeptical if this would work, but it 100% works. The area in the picture was COVERED in spider mites and their huge webs a week ago. Now as you can see there isn’t even any webbing, these predatory mites absolutely destroyed them. It took maybe a week or so. I can see the predatory mites running up and down the branches (they are quick, much faster than the spider mites). I’ll also add that I’ve tried all the sprays for spider mites and those didn’t work without killing all my leaves but this worked 100% and without harming my plants. If I ever have a spider mite problem again I will order these.

After a year long battle I am finally Spidermite free!
After battling spidermites for a whole year with various treatments, I finally caved and got beneficial bugs. I waited a month after my last treatments, and rinsed all my 250+ plants off several times before introducing them. I ordered/introduced 3 rounds of bugs over the course of 2 months. As of today, I am happy to confirm my collection of houseplants is officially spidermite free!

Are they in there? I don't know!
It's been a few weeks since I've hung these up in my house plants and I haven't seen any decline in the fungus gnat situation. I know it can take a couple weeks but I literally have seen no difference so far. Will re-evaluate in the future if it appears this batch was procrastinating. Lol
