Great for Multi Mode
I terminate almost exclusively multimode fiber, so I can't speak for single mode. I generally get far better signal tests using this fiber cleaver over our corning pushbutton cleaver.

Easy to use
Good tool. Easy to use, light and compact. This is a great tool for quick field mechanical splices.

Great tool
As long as you remove all cladding off fiber and keep blade clean, will work 100 percent of time.

Does not work well, fiber does not always cleave(cut) ...
Does not work well, fiber does not always cleave(cut) at the 'score' area. Sometimes the fiber will just break before or after the blade.

not for precision but for short runs of MM fiber this will do the job.
