This dehydrator is pretty neat. I got mine last month, and so far its been working well. It can reach temperatures from 95F to 158F which seems like a good range for most things you'd want to dehydrate. The stainless steel trays are nice too, easy to clean and all that (though i did bend one of them trying to fit it in the dishwasher - my bad). I tried making some beef jerky with it last week and it turned out great! I also like how it has a fan for even heat distribution; helps keep things from getting burnt. The only thing I don't love is that sometimes the air flow can be a bit noisy, but its not too bad.Overall, this food dehydrator does what you need it to do. It's easy to use and makes good quality dehydrated food. My one complaint is just the noise level, which can get annoying after a while. But hey, at least I don't have to worry about burning my jerky anymore (which happened more than once with my old oven). If you need a solid dehydrator for your kitchen, this one should do the trick. Just be prepared for some occasional fan noise. Oh, and watch out for those bent trays in the dishwasher, haha.

The build quality is phenomenal. I love to be able to adjust the heat. It is extremely easy to use. Works very well. Very very easy to clean with the metal in the plastic. Very durable. Comparing to the solid plastic ones that potentially break when prying off your food, this is perfect! I love dehydrating jerky in it. Makes the house smell divine.

This was purchased as a gift for my niece who wanted to start making jerky. She is a college student and is tight on space but this size was perfect.

I LOVE this. Bought it so I could give food dehydration a try. Love it so much I have asked my husband for a larger dehydrator for my birthday!

This is really good dehydrator. It is easy to clean and it works very well. This is excellent option. If you wanna dehydrate things easy, I got this for $40 but I think it’s still a really good purchase.

I really, really want to like this dehydrator but I'm going to return it. It's struggling to dry onions. And by struggle, I mean it's been since 3PM Saturday and right now is 6 a.m. on Tuesday, running non stop on the highest setting. The onions are still mostly leathery. To be clear, yes, I sliced them thin, I've used different dehydrators for many years and know what I'm doing.Besides it's struggle to dry food, it's toy-size. I guess this is Shrinkflation at work so they can keep the price down or something, but this is EZ bake oven size and while it's a nice looking little unit, it doesn't hold much and it shouldn't take days to dry a few onions.It was a gift and I hate to return a gift, but I will put it's return price and add to it to buy a larger unit that will dry things in hours as it should, vs. one that takes days. This can't be good for my electric bill, and if I had a lot to dry, the rest of it would be rotting while I waited for this one small batch. Dang :(

I’ve used this a couple times since I bought it and I’m disappointed in the increasingly loud fan noise I’m hearing while it’s on. Pretty sure I’ll be joining some other reviewers soon who have had theirs stop working or the fan noise will get so loud it won’t be tolerable anymore.Love the stainless steel trays and the overall design though. The door latch could use a little work, I’ve accidentally left it not all the way seated and come back to it cracked open.
