You get what you pay for.
The plastic at the end of the dipstick is cheaply made.

No numeric markings for precise measuremenmt
I guess you get what you pay for. Tip is black plastic with just a couple of marker lines on it. Clearly NOT intended for measuring todays complex Chrysler or Mercedes transmissions that require multiple precise marks read at precise temperatures. Not worth returning.
