These are sharp. And I mean ridiculously sharp. Every guest that tries to use them has accidentally cut themselves- that’s how sharp I’m talking. Beyond that, they look modern and are clearly built to last. Hasn’t shown any signs of wear on the edge in a year. Handles are made well, with a weight to each blade. Entire kit comes with a roll and they’re pre-oiled so no chance of rust. Adequately balanced and ergonomic grip. Comes with a sharpener to retain edges. Highly recommend buying a magnetic knife block to showcase in your kitchen.

Good nife set . Don't leave in the sink over night they will get rust spots but they clean up with some steel wool , stay sharp for a long time

These knifes are awesome! These are probably the best set of knifes you can get for the price point and they compete well against even more expensive knifes. They stay sharp, are easy to clean, and have a strong handle that most other knifes don't have. They are a bit on the heavier side but have good balance. I also really like the resign colors and look, it makes them easy to differentiate in a kitchen. I'd definitely recommend them for both hobby chefs or culinary staff.

The blade itself was fine — sharp enough and seemed decent for everyday use.But the handles are absolute junk. I have a tile kitchen, and the very first time one slipped out of my hand and hit the floor, the handle shattered into a useless, broken chunk of plastic. Not a chip. Not a crack. Shattered.For something marketed as professional-grade, that’s just unacceptable. Knives get dropped — it happens. A single drop shouldn’t destroy them. Super disappointed and wish I had chosen something with more durability. This was a total letdown.
