Shaving Cream, Cool, 6 Ounce

I love this stuff. It smells so good, lathers up incredibly well, provides a comfortable shave and a hydrating effect on the skin. I've purchased it several times over the years but am just now getting around to writing a review on it.

Great value! I have thick hair and sensitive skin and this stuff lets the blade do it’s job effortlessly with no irritation.

I foam it up with brush and a few swirls in my brush cup. It creates a smooth cushion for my 3 blade cartridge to shave my stiff grey wirey beard.

I love Arko's line of shave soaps and am glad to find the sensitive skin version at this price. No matter where I search for products I always find them at Amazon at a better price and almost always free shipping. Using Prime my stuff got here on the second day and in great shape. No bar style shaving soap lathers up and does as good a job as this Arko in a tube. One tube lasts me about one-and-a-half months shaving every other day. I can re-lather twice for my typical 3-way shave using one application. Always a great shave every time. This is second only to Proraso Shave in a cup soap.

Like all of these shaving products you have to try them out for yourself, but I'll leave my experience.1st - Arko is a product of Turkey, so that's a thing.The biggest problem I have with it is that it's not as easy to lather up as other brands, like Proraso. That honks me off.The second problem I have is that FOR ME it wasn't as easy on my skin as other brands.

I really do t understand the poor reviews for this shaving cream. The inky thing I can think of is guys are using too much of it. If you do use too much it almost gets slimy under your razor, less is more and it works great. This is my favorite shaving cream and I have a sensitive face and neck. My two cents.

The shaving cream performs best when paired with a glycerin based soap. The lather from the cream will concern some who are looking for an abundance of lather. The lather from this stuff will be fairly thin, but the glide and slickness is there to provide a comfortable shave. There is nothing really wrong with the product, but I rarely use it by itself. I usually put a pea-size dollop in a bowl, load my shaving brush with Col. Conk glycerin soap, and then lather it up. Overall, it is a good cream at a great price point.
