I wasn't sure what to expect because I purchased it to consume for health reasons. Unfortunately I cannot speak to that because I only use it for cooking LOL it's fabulous! It makes a wonderful olive oil cake--it's great for french fries in the air fryer and cooking steak or chicken scrambled eggs everything. It has a wonderful, intoxicating scent that takes you to an exotic place somewhere in the Middle East.The much anticipated olive oil arrived like something priceless wrapped. It takes a while to get to the cold pressed liquid treasure. I find the bottle a little awkward to hold and I have bought in two different sizes. I am not thrilled with the bottle cap. There are more substantial caps on cheaper brands. The cap should be more substantial.I will probably put it's delicious olive oil on subscription. Live on the edge buy it you won't regret it.

I was excited to try the Atlas Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and I was immediately impressed by the packaging - the bottle was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, which took me about 5 minutes to unwrap (lol, they really made sure it arrived safely!).I also appreciate that the bottle is dark glass, which helps protect the oil’s freshness and quality. However, when I finally got to the bottle, I noticed that the plastic pourer on top was shredded into small pieces. I was not comfortable consuming it because I worried that small plastic pieces might have gotten into the oil.. I reached out to their customer service, and they were fantastic - sending me a replacement bottle within 5 days.As for the oil itself, it’s smooth, fresh, with a mix of fruity and bitter flavor, with a slightly peppery finish that indicates high polyphenol content. I love using it for salads, dipping bread, and drizzling over meals for that extra depth of flavor.Despite the initial issue, I’m very happy with the quality of the oil, the thoughtful packaging, and the company’s quick response. I’ll definitely be buying again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It comes from a single source, which is much healthier than what you buy in the grocery store! It's loaded with omega 3, which is great for me as I have heart disease! The taste is superb! I love making my own, sugar free salad dressing with it - with an equal amount of oil and balsamic vinegar and a palm full of spices! We coat our meat in it before we cook it to keep the juices in, and use it in sauces and stews, and even on pizza! It's definitely become my favorite! Love it! It's very versatile, as you can use it in almost every dish, and even in the frying pan, it's got a high smoking point, so you could even fry eggs with it! It's very durable to cook with!

The BEST tasting OEVOO I've had to date! A VERY HIGH QUALITY HEALTHY OLIVE OIL!! I cook and bake with it, as well as just eat/drink it straight. Wonderful on salads! No bitter bite, very lovely taste. Wish I could buy it by the gallon or even get a two pack for a great price! One of the best well packaged items I've had shipped to me. Took awhile to unpack, but all was safe and intact. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

As I have not opened this product, I do not feel I can provide an honest review of the taste of this olive oil. I was happy with how quickly I received the product. I was happy with it shipping and it has An expiration date of November 2027 lasting longer than two years! This has a very high rating on Amazon I hope the taste lives up to my expectation

I wanted one that did not have a rancid bitter taste. This actually tastes like olives!My entire adult life going back 4 decades now. In my 20's I learned olive oil was healthier to consume but I never liked the taste. I have always loved olives though and would eat olives often.What a surprise to finally find a great tasting oil that has no rancid old taste. For years I was trying different brands and they all only tasted good if cooked on something.I loved this one so much! Within a few days I reordered to send as a gift to my son. Then ordered again for myself before I ran out.These 1 liter bottles are big and packaged well. Shipping was fast! I am definitely getting more Olive Oil benefits in my daily meals. Even in my coffee! Makes a nice smooth taste. I have realized I have absolutely no need for butter or dressings!My favorite season to add for flavor is lemon pepper...but not in my coffee..lolWithin 2 weeks I was surprised to have lost 9 lbs!I feel satisfied and not hungry, after my morning coffee with oil..I don't feel hungry until mid afternoon. I have learned to wait till I actually feel hungry before I consume a meal with drizzle of oil..because I don't need any other dressing.Toss out the butter, mayo, salad dressings!!All you need is EVO from Atlas👍❤️Thank you ATLAS!

I have this olive oil on autoship. Beautiful glass bottle with top sealed, has a harvest date (important for olive oil-if yours doesn't have that don't buy it...you're paying for a bunch of crap oils and very little, if any, real quality olive oil), doesn't have any extra ingredients or fillers, and tastes absolutely lovely. The only way I can describe it is that the savory flavors kind of bloom in your mouth and the taste gets better as you swallow 😅. Wait, maybe I shouldn't word it that way but Idk how else to describe it.. it's a good thing people! ..and a great olive oil for salads, sauces and low heat cooking/baking. We use it almost daily and it's yummy by itself over Pasta with some sea salt & pepper. Or for those that like olive oil shots, I've tried it with this.. light and yummy. I am clearly not an olive oil expert, although have tried a lot, and clearly my awkward review shows I am not affiliated with the company. 🤣... But I'll be buying again.
