Lessen bleeding
I was using a brand from the TikTok shop and got this one cuz it was a bit less, but after using it I went from spotting to medium bleeding. Not as heavy, but just doesn’t work as well for me.

this tea really reduced the extremity of my menstrual cramps. I started drinking at three days prior to and then during as well! 1 cup / day with some manuka tumeric honey and it does the job. great flavor on its own too. i will buy again
