I have been looking for a medium-sized flask with a tea strainer for a while now and am very happy with this product. It is leakproof and keeps the tea warm for several hours. Is easy to use and easy to clean. The rubber handle is practical. I especially like that the tea strainer is roomy, allowing tea leaves to open up fully.

Good mug, keeps my coffe hot for far longer than an open mug. Not nearly as long as a Thermos, but far more convenient to drink from.I pre-heat the mug (with boiling water) then pour my coffee before leaving the house. I drink it on the train about 20 minutes later, at which point it's still nice and hot. I do notice the bag is warm where it's been sitting though so some heat is escaping.The mug is leak proof but you have to be careful when you've been drinking from it and then press the button on top to close the seal, the seal closes on the bottom section of the lid rather than the top so any liquid which has gathered in-between can still come out.It's straight forward to clean, lid splits into two sections then the whole lot can go in the dishwasher, or it's pretty easy to clean by hand.One small issue I do have with it, if you pour very hot liquid in and properly close the lid, it can be really hard to get off again. I'm not sure whether it's down to the air pressure increasing or the metal expanding but it takes way more force to open again than it did to close! I've found myself with the mug between my knees and two hands on the lid trying to get it to turn! It may loosen off again once it cools down, I usually only notice the problem when I heat the mug with boiling water before emptying it again to pour coffee in.That aside, great mug, would buy another if I ever lost this one!

Well insulated, good size, open/close button is perfect. Didn't like the carry strap, it's a bit unnecessary.

The cup is nice and works well, does the job - fits under coffee machines, eg WaitroseHas never leaked and is well made and feels good.Cleaning is easy enough, however you need to remove the rubber seals (2x from locking mechanism frequently, 1x from lid not so frequently) to clean it properly - these are easy enough to do but not as simple as putting in the dishwasher etc

Excellent, keeps coffee hot for hours, we take them on flight, just ask steward/stewardess to fill with boiling water, add coffee sachets and sugar - delicious 😋 we now have 4.

Been using this mug now for about a week. Very impressed.Good size to get a decent amount of liquid in. Thermos functions well, coffee stays hot the whole time drinking 2+ hours if I really nurse it. Not had a drink in the cup longer than that.Comfortable shape, easy to hold and the rubber grip around the outside makes handling easy and secure. Outside of mug doesn't get hot even with hot contents.Button lock is well designed. Knocked the mug over once and not a drip spilt, as I'd remembered to close the deal between drinks.Easy to clean, comes apart into 3 pieces. Tags under lid allow base of lid to be removed to enable cleaning inside the lock mechanism.All round excellent mug, and superb value for the money.Feel free to ask any questions happy to do my best to answer.

This was bought for my daughter who is always hurrying to get to work so now she's on time with her coffee in hand thanks to this item , came really well packaged , the tube the mug came in was classy and the mug it self is excellent, she can lock it so there's no leakage and it stays warm for a couple of hours all in all a excellent purchase and 1 happy daughter, highly recommend.

This was not cheap and after 7 months (with infrequent use) it is broken already.
