I have been interested in food and health issues for some time and frequently saw positive comment on the health and culinary benefits of Ghee. I noted the comment in their narrative that cows should not be consuming grains and soy, which I agree with. Cows, goats, sheep and other herbivores are ruminants and process their food by bacterial and fermentation processes in their gut. In addition the producer is from a culture that has used this for a long time. I have found this to be an excellent product and it met all my culinary expectations when using it. I will certainly purchase it again.
