Frustrating Set Up
This capture card says that it is plug-n-play but my experience says otherwise. I followed their directions to a T and I had NO audio in StreamLabs OBS. In the end, I ignored some of their setup instructions after experimentation. Here's how I got it to work:- Step 1 is to download OBS and then plug in the Capture Card: use provided USB cable to connect your Capture Card to your PC, plug console HDMI into Input, and monitor HDMI into Output as per instructions. HDMI cables are NOT included.- I completed Step 2 and Step 3 as per instructions.- Step 4 is where I ran into issues personally and did not use this step.Instead, in OBS I added an additional "Audio Input Capture" source and set it to "ezcapGame Link" which is what this device shows up as. Then, on the Audio Mixer, I hit any of the gear icons, and click "Advanced Audio Properties". Your new Audio Input Capture source MUST be visible/active. Set the Sync Offset of your source to 470ms that it suggests in the instructions. Make sure to test it with a recording or a test stream to make sure the offset is adequate for your specific system. Done! If you're having problems, make sure your computer audio output device is set to your headset (might cause an echo/feedback otherwise). And make sure you reverse the delay you set in step 4 if you tried that first! The good side of things. You may not even need the above instructions! It seems to be exactly plug-n-play for some folks so try the standard instructions first. It's been running for a while now and the housing for the Capture Card still feels room temperature. The output is of decent quality - both visual and audio wise - though I cannot vouch for its "4K60" claims. It's compact, lightweight, and sits nicely (once the cables straighten out). It doesn't feel cheap as other inexpensive capture cards might.Now... the downsides. I'm still not super pleased with this device... Especially for the cost. For $50, I would expect something much easier or straight forward. The instructions are on a folded paper with some formatting and grammatical mistakes making it not always clear. The OBS side of things look good but the display side is out of sync regarding audio. I have a slight delay with the audio so I can't rely on audio cues in-game making some things harder than they should be.

FALSE ADVERTISING - NOT 1080P 60HZ
This is the third capture card I've bought, the 3 of them advertised themselves as a 1080p 60hz capture card, but none actually was 60hz. This is a waste of money, and false advertising.

Works exactly as described
Just use the free software that is described in the document and setup was exactly as laid out.Take your time and set it up properly.I bought this to record shows to file for my son who lives with autism. As some of his show are not available as downloads so I record from my PVR.
