I use monolauren when I notice my tongue getting pasty. Sugar is a problem, and I usually avoid it, but you never know, but the tongue doesn't lie. I have always had a vulnerability to overgrowth of yeast. This helps, I just take it in small amounts at first and then build up. I have used many brands and some are stronger. I am currently taking three capsules a day. It does help to bring down the yeast. There is a lot of information online about monolauren and the immune system. I learned about it years ago when I started treating myself as though I had chronic Lyme Disease. It was then that I started to feel better in general. You may not be able to get a diagnosis, but if you do all the natural remedy things recommended for lyme patients anyway...and it works? Great! It took about three years to get out of the weeds, but maintaining a level of function has been easier since discovering lyme and considering it as a possible root cause of my issues.
