Used with older Herman Miller Aeron
I bought this to go with my Herman Miller Aeron (older version) because the mesh created pressure points over time. This fits almost perfectly in the seat (I have the C) and definitely helps to be able to sit comfortably for longer. It's not perfect, nothing is, we aren't meant to sit 24/7, but it helps me to work 8-12 hours at my desk.

This is the one
These seat pads are fantastic, been looking for something like this for some time. The 1.2” thick model is perfect, not to high so it cuts into the sciatic nerve area. It is a silicone mesh with a fabric cover and slip proof dots on the underside of the cover. It is very breathable so it stays comfortable. I liked it so much that I bought three for me, one in my office chair, on in the futon chair I watch TV at night and one on my large wooden Spanish style chair in the bedroom. Girlfriend wanted just one so we got one for her too. It is most comfortable in a chair that has a bit of cushion to start with as most office chairs do. It is very flexible so you can fold or roll it for transport but they are not ultralight. I highly recommend this cushion. This model has a shallow tailbone notch that really helps me.

Not comfortable for my body. It's a nice pillow, well made and looks nice, but too firm for me.

Not useful for me
I was not impressed with this, I ended up tossing it in the back of the closet, maybe some day I will find a use for it.

Comfy cushion
This cushion ads a lot of comfort, but like other reviewers said it slides off very easily. I solved that by getting some luggage straps and strapping it on securely. The comfort is worth it. I fall through lumbar seats with the hole in them so the flat surface is perfect. I just wish there was some sort of strap or strong tie to keep it on the chair, but it wasn't a difficult thing to remedy.
