Good for temporary heat
Little concerning that I almost had it catch on fire. Learning how to be more careful in the microwave. Had to sew it up after the incident!

Perfect size and very comfortable. Has such a warm moist feeling after heating that helps for pain relief.Price is verry good and with a year warranty you cannot go wrong. We ordered the 7 X l7 inch. Received it February 28 and highly recommend.

Alriggghhhttt…
Held the heat for a bit, but was smaller than I expected and i wish it got hotter. The smell was ratchet though. It works okay, just wish it covered more.
