Great outdoor curtains at an amazing price!
First off, the price was so good!! I bought 8 curtains in light grey! I got 52" x 96 but they were too long. I hemmed up about 9" and sewed a very wide hem so I can put some heavy bricks wrapped in plastic to keep the wind from blowing them about! My only wish is that were made wider. 2 curtains were not wide enough to cover my 10' x 10' deck. I will have to buy 4 more to fill in the space so I can have total privacy. The quality is great, nice and heavy and waterproof. They are blackout and it does keep most of the heat out! I did have to press out the wrinkles when I opened the package but that's normal when fabric is folded. My pergola doesn't have any curtain rods so I used long zip ties and it works perfectly! I'm really going to enjoy laying out this summer and no neighbors looking out at me! 5 stars!

Good for heat waves, but only ~ 60% light blocked
I'm using these as exterior curtains to block light from entering the windows (and doors) during heat waves. This is a highly effective strategy for reducing excess summer heat, especially with wrap-around exterior curtain rods that kind of hook the edge grommets to keep the curtains extended.(For this, the teal makes a nice exterior colour - seems almost like there's sky out there. I plan on reinforcing the corners and sewing on loops to hook the bottom edges in place and keep them from flapping -- or opening and closing -- in the breeze. )However, I don't find it blocks as much light as suggested... seems like only 60% blocked, MAYBE 70%. Would need a double layer to really block all the sunlight. That's why i've deducted a star.If you're looking for full coverage, you should have at least 8" wider than your window... i found that even though my windows are 48" wide, they'd need to be pinned down on the sides to keep the light from coming in the edges. I'm sewing an extra strip along the edges for more width. It also starts to fade pretty fast - we're in Canada so not very intense sunlight, but after a couple weeks it's already fading a little. On the plus side, they seem well-made, grommets are secure and seams are solid. They wash well on the handwash setting, and dry fast (polyester).Having said all that, I came back and bought extras to double-layer where we need 100% sun block for extreme heat waves.

Expensive with not the same results of sun blocking as they figure.
Like that are full blackout.Easy you hang but definitely need a 2nd rod for the bottom as they flap in the wind. Ended up screwing the top ,& bottom of outside edges because otherwise just flew open. Don't believe they block out as much heat as they indicated. Got to get a 2 ND curtain rod for sure.Starting to fade after just a few weeks.

They’re actually as advertised but not as sound deadening as I hoped
We use these to enclose our deck. Keep heat out in summer and heat in in winter. Increased privacy as well. Best rods were IKEA.

NOT blackout curtains
The curtains came in and they work as well as curtains do, no one can see in or out which is what's important, the right size came in (we needed 9' long curtains) and honestly the curtains are nice. This would be a 5 star review if it wasn't advertised as Blackout curtains, you can clearly see light shining through them. If you are looking for Blackout curtains specifically then keep looking.
