Great monitors!
I bought two so I had large dual monitors. Works great and makes for great work set up.

Just like new
This model of monitor is one of my favorites - lightweight, easily adjusted, and the stand is perfect. The refurbished quality was like new, and the cost really ends up being a great deal!

Vendor was very responsive!
I purchased this refurbished Dell monitor through Amazon and their vendor, EPC. Once I hooked it up, found it had a small issue with the display. EPC offered to simply send me another and did not require me to ship the bad one back but asked that I recycle it locally. They could not have been easier to work with and I would go back there again!

Monitor works perfectly. Has a few cosmetic faults but for the price I cannot complain. 5/5

Scratched all over. Not refurbished at all.
I ordered 2 of these monitors. They were scratched all over and smelled like a 10 year old ashtray.

As advertised and arrived much quicker than the shipping estimate.
I was more pleased that this arrived in time for my next work from home opportunity. I use three monitors and bought this one to replace one that I orient in portrait position for working in PowerPoint and lesson plans. It replaces a monitor my employer provided when COVID started. This monitor arrived days ahead of the original shipping estimate at no extra charge. The colors are bright and faithful. I like the way it presents pictures of my family. I would purchase again.

This refurbished monitor did not disappoint. IMHO, the expertise of the vendor and the support staff provided quality service that in my experience would be unsurpassed.The owner manual for this monitor is available from the Dell.com site. You may be impressed with the strides Dell has made to improve the service and support of the computers and monitors they sell.
