I'm impressed with the quality of these speaker cables. In the past I've made my own but these are nicer and more durable than mine - heavier wire gauge plus the plugs are securely molded onto the cable for good strain relief. Can't say the sound is any different, but these neaten up my rig. Easy to distinguish from my instrument cables because these have substantially thicker cable, plus the molded on plugs with the Planet Waves logo. Not budget priced, but I expect them to last a long time.

I'm using a few of these to connect my pair of KRK RP5G2 Rokit G2 5In Powered Studio Monitor (Single Speaker) to my iMac via the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2 In/2 Out USB Recording Audio Interface. I was shocked and thrilled upon seeing these. The cables are so thick! The plugs are hefty! The stress reliefs are strong! Woohoo! As opposed to the cables I had been using prior, these are very well shielded. I don't notice any noise whatsoever. Sound quality is terrific.Incredible construction, hefty connectors, proper shielding, great sound and a lifetime warranty. I couldn't be any happier!

This is the only speaker cable i will be using from here on out! It literally brought my creamback to life and i hadn't even noticed the signal loss i had been tolerating up until i plugged one of these in!!!

It’s thicc. It Carries the electricity to your speaker. My house hasn’t caught fire. Big sound happen. All is well.

I'm torn on how to review these: They are outstanding quality and for that I rate them highly. However, you must note these are thicker than your ordinary 1/4 mono cable. Great I guess if you are connecting to your speakers or something, but I just needed to connect a sound generator to a small midi controller, and for that purpose these are way to big: rigid, heavy and clunky. Excellent build--just careful what you wish for as they may just be overkill for your needs

As a Jazz Guitarist for the past 45 years, I thought I had a good handle on what quality equipment meant to live performances. Unfortunately, I never paid much attention to instrument, speaker, or microphone cables, and what a mistake that has been. I recently changed all my cords (the vast majority of which are now Planet Waves), and the difference is astonding. Clarity, crispness, and no distortion are now the rule of the day. Quality cables enhance a quality performance. Amazon's pricing is excellent.

Totally awesome speaker cable. I would love it if there was one with a 90 degree jack so that the amp and cabinet could be closer to the wall without bending the cable. They may make those, but I didn't find any - if not, then maybe it has to do with the way cables work. I'm not an engineer - just a pickin guitarist...overall though, I would buy another one of these in the future if needed.
