Missing parts
I had to literally just open them maybe 10 minutes ago and only one of them has the insert. I was expecting two of them to have them at least but only one. I have checked all of the packaging two, three times and I'm still not finding it. I'm highly disappointed

Dislike the way the switch always turns to closed mode when inserted into the ears. Other that that seem to work fine,
