Q: Why doesn't my new iyp365 start on medium or have a brighter low mode like my old ones?

I bought one almost a year ago and another last week. They function similar with the “4” settings, picking up where it was last.

Q: What are the lumens on the medium setting?

High-Medium-Low ...Nichia: 125-25-1.5 ...Cree: 200-40-3 This listing shows it is for the Nichia 219BT

Q: Can the pocket clip be removed?

Yes. The clip is quite handy, though.

Q: Where does unit need to be sent for warranty repair? Are there any shipping or other charges for repair from repairing facility?

I would just buy s new one instead of worrying g about repairs. They are inexpensive.
