This was shipped in an envelope, so the outer box was completely smashed but the actual bottle was fully intact.No smell or taste to these capsules and easy to swallow. I have only been taking for a few days but I’m hoping for some improved digestive health. I am not having any negative side effects, so that’s good.

I liked the concept of a dual-action probiotic to support Feminine Health and soothe Occasional Abdominal Discomfort, but I'm inclined to agree with other review that these are pricey. 28 Capsules for a subscribe & save price of $28.48 still makes them a $1 each capsule.I pay less for a 100 capsules with 10 Probiotic Strains including the strains in Align from another brand, and I'm not sure that the added Chaste Tree in Align Dual is worth the extra cost.The Align packaging is really excessive for less than 30 pills, a bottle inside a box when most pill bottles ship well-sealed without a box. Align could almost fit 2 bottles in this box, as shown by the lid I placed on the other side of the pointless divider. When I peeled back the seal from the align I could see there is also a lot of space in the bottle. Excessive packaging costs will always get passed onto the consumer in the form of a higher item price or higher shipping weight.I'm giving 3 stars for the concept, but I stopped ordering this after 2 boxes due to the cost and unnecessary environmental impact.
