This was shipped in an envelope, so the outer box was completely smashed but the actual bottle was fully intact.No smell or taste to these capsules and easy to swallow. I have only been taking for a few days but I’m hoping for some improved digestive health. I am not having any negative side effects, so that’s good.

Love this probiotic to help with my gut health. Easy to swallow, doesn't have a flavor at all. I have seen an improvement since I started taking this in my digestive health.

I am still using Align but I don't see a big difference right now.
