Huge headset, great sound
The build quality of this headset is excellent, and they are very comfortable to wear. However, the headset is quite large and looks a bit awkward on my head. The bass is overly strong, requiring adjustment via the equalizer. Many users have reported that the surround sound seems tinny and subpar. From my experience with various headsets, this tinny sound is typical of surround sound in general. It takes some time to get accustomed to it. You can test this yourself on Windows by enabling spatial audio; initially, it will sound tinny, but you will adjust to it over time.

Very Good Headset
I placed an order for this product with expectations of an average headset, but I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving it. The audio quality surpassed my expectations and proved to be incredibly helpful in FPS games like Rainbow Six Siege, where footsteps are easily discernible. The ANC feature caught me off guard as well. Despite my open window and noisy neighbors mowing their lawn, activating ANC with low-volume audio effectively blocked out the distractions. The battery life is impressive, lasting around 7 hours per charge even with ANC enabled. Comfort is also a highlight, with a snug yet not bothersome clamping force and plush ear muffs. The headset accommodates larger ears and heads due to its adjustable size. I would definitely recommend considering this headset, especially when it's on sale :)

Almost perfect
EDIT A WEEK LATER: I take it back - the spatial sound is actually pretty good when you get used to it and have the right EQ settings. I've got it set to Precise and have my EQ settings as follows:31Hz - +5dB62Hz - +2dB125Hz - +2dB250Hz - +4dB500Hz - +5dB1KHz - +1dB2KHz - +2dB4KHz - +5dB______I'll start by saying these Quantum 350s are a nice upgrade from my previous headphones, mainly because these use 2.4GHz wireless, so not more wires getting tangled or unplugged by my computer chair!NOTE: The Amazon product page falsely claims (when you click on the circle on the ear cup) that you can control the game and chat sound separately. This is NOT possible on the Quantum 350 so is advertised falsely. Please bear that in mind before ordering. The sound quality is average. I didn't notice an improvement over my Turtle Beach Recons (the ones available for less than £20 on Amazon). The spatial sound sounds poor and just makes it sound like you are in a cave. The EQ can be controlled on the app. The bass isn't as powerful as I would like. The microphone sounds pretty good. My friends said it sounds better than the Recons. It is detachable and doesn't get in the way of my face. It does however pick up more sound than my other headset in Discord, even with noise suppression turned on (due to the alleged omnidirectional mic), such as the voices on the TV.You plug in the USB dongle and it starts to install the app which works fine. It has the option for EQ and you can enable spatial sound from here. I set spatial sound to precise as it sounds the best out of the three options, but ultimately I turn it off as it sounds horrible. The distance is decent. I can walk to my bathroom and kitchen and still stay connected. These are about 10/20 metres away. For the price it's a decent wireless headset and I can't complain. Not having to take my headphones off when I move from my desk, or accidentally unplug it (which happened all the time and led me to buy these) is worth the £60. They are comfortable and the build quality is average (quite plasticky). You might also find yourself accidentally adjusting the volume wheel down, which has happened quite a few times for me since owning them.

Some headphones superior to other brands !
The price shows the quality, a pure and beautiful bass with a very well-defined sound quality clearly superior to other brands. I am satisfied from all points of view, these headsets are 10/10 Worth trying!

Doesn’t work.
Can’t get it to unmute, would constantly disconnect from my PC, the bluetooth option is awful - not worth the price.

OK, but some issues
Sidetone has a constant, loud hiss and not much noise filtering which means you can't really use it in games where you need to hear faint surrounding noise. It's louder than footsteps in PUBG. The Sidetone on my Steelseries headset has no hiss and doesn't pick up background noise as bad. JBL needs a noise gate for this. The chatmix doesn't turn the chat down enough. In fact it barely does anythihng - I had to check it was even working. It is, but even when it's rolled to full game side, Discord is still louder than footsteps in the game, which makes it sort of pointless. The fit is a bit tight. I have a small head, but I couldn't wear this more than a couple of hours. There's something a bit weird with the sound clipping - my friends asked why I was talking with a lisp (I don't have a lisp)

Excellent Value
Very pleased with this headset - comfortable, good sound quality, good mic quality, and very decently-priced. I've used other JBL audio products before, and never been disappointed! Noise suppression was particularly impressive.
