Keeps dry eyes controlled
My preferred sea buckthorn capsules, when they are available. One a day keeps dry eyes at bay, I find. Excellent product.

The individual capsules are very small
I think the product itself is good. I use this to compensate for post menopausal dryness in eyes and body tissue. I believe it helps. Occasionally I dropped a few capsules and they rolled all Over unlike the elliptically shaped ones I sometimes get. Otherwise fine

Did not know until I received that the amount to take daily is 5 capsules, so will look for capsules of 1 a day

Nowhere on the listing did it mention the dose- so this bottle only contains 40 days or if sharing with your partner 20 days… my mistake! Makes them too expensive for me to buy againPlus side- they are very small so easy to swallow Will look for a one- a-day equivalent which even if more expensive for the same amount will work out cheaper- lesson learnt!!

Micromini size
These tablets are TINY. You have to take 5 to get a dose. This effectively means that you are paying £18 for 40 doses. I hate that amazon allows sellers to trick people like this
