Q: Are those brand new original Bose ear cushions?

The answer is Yes and No. Bose does not make NOR warranty the earpads on their QuietComfort 35 headphones. They are considered accessories, and are "outsourced". These are supposedly the same ones you would get when buying the headphones from Bose, but I believe they receive sets from several different companies.

Q: Do them fit on qc35 series ii?

Yes. I have both version of the QC35 and the cushions are the same on both. I would recommend not replacing the cloth if yours are not coming off. I did on the first replacement and cleaning the old adhesive is not so fun to get off. Installation can be difficult so make sure they are latched under each catch.

Bose brand replacement cushions only come in Silver or Black. The reference to "white" in this description is misleading. They are black cushions, but they are packaged in a white box.
