These Sea Buckthorn Oil gel caps work very well to give my eyes the additional needed moisture not to be scratchy. One a day was not enough, so I began taking two and now there is no dryness or scratchy feeling.

Each capsule only contains 22mg of Sea Buckthorn oil.
My regular brand of Sea Buckthorn Oil contains 4400mg of Sea Buckthorn Oil per capsule. These only contain 200mg per capsule, so I would need to take 22 of these capsules to equal the amount in my regular brand. The manufacturers suggest taking 5 capsules per day, but this only delivers 1000mg of Sea Buckthorn Oil, which is not even close to 4400mg of my regular brand.
