As promised
This exercise poster is pretty much exactly as promised. There are two sides, each displaying the same exercises, only with different layouts. The exercises are divided into three categories: Upper Body, Lower Body, Full BodyAll the exercises are illustrated using a female model. They are also all easy to follow; although, you do not get guidance on repetitions or other aspects of your workout. The paper is thick, glossy, and waterproof. It does arrive rolled up, so you do need to roll it up in the opposite direction, lay it flat, or attach it to a flat surface, so that it won't curl up on you.Whether or not this poster will help with your workout depends on how you like to work out. This is a wonderful low cost way to start and exercise program because it gives you clear guidance on a series of 32 simple exercises that require no special equipment to complete. For the right individuals, this will be a wonderful fitness resource.

Stimulating, challenging and fun
I really like to exercise regularly at home, and have done so for many years, using a variety of videos, books, and sessions with trainers here and there.etc. I love this chart because (1) body weight exercises are perfect for home workouts, and (2) I can get inspired just by looking at it. It's nice to have a choice between landscape and portrait orientation, but because of limited wall space,I have enjoyed just keeping it rolled up, and unrolling it as needed when planning the day's routine, adding some of these exercises to the others that I do.The poster is laminated and made out of substantial materials. It comes very securely packaged. The lack of instructions will probably be an issue for those who haven't done these exercises before, but I like the ease and simplicity of having photos exercise all on one sheet for quick and easy access.

Provides clear directions for full body workout at home.
Poster provides upper body, lower body & full body exercises with clear directions. It has the same exercises on both sides, but is horizontal on one side & vertical on the other, so you can decide which way you want to hang it. It came well packaged, but will say CAREFULLY cut plastic outer wrap the entire length, as it does not seem to tear or roll. It was a little frustrating to remove. The poster itself is laminated, so should last. I ordered this for my youngest son, as he was looking for exercises to do on off days from gym & I was concerned that he wasn’t using proper form on some exercises. He is about to be a teenager, so just joined gym & started working out last year. I think this will help him get started, while teaching him proper form. He is a strong, active kid, but would say the difficulty level may not make these exercises for those who have to work their way up to more advanced exercises. A few of the exercises were part of the workouts my older son was sent, to prepare for military college, so know they are current. I think this is a reasonably priced guide for workouts at home.

Nice selection
I'm really impressed with the exercise selection and diagrams. I like that there aren't ridiculously detailed directions that can be confusing. I was, however, a bit confused on muscle focus on a few of the exercises so I did some research online. I find it helpful to work all areas by just following along the rows. I spend more time on a few of my favorites. My gym time can get sporadic some weeks, so this poster hanging on my closet door and visible in my bathroom mirror is a reminder to just find something to challenge my muscles and not allow my schedule to halt my progress. I'm 61 years old and very proud of the strength I've built up over the past two decades. The poster was super hard to flatten out for hanging up, so plan to place heavy books on it for a couple days. I punched a hole in the top, put a string thru, and use a command strip hook on my door so I can access both sides easily.

Annoying on Several Levels
First, if the material used to make this poster is as resistant to damage as the plastic it comes wrapped in, it should last forever. You must cut carefully the whole length of the rolled poster to remove it -- it's not "make one cut and then tear it free." It's "pull away bit by bit." VERY annoying. Second, I wanted a handy guide to take along on trips of exercises I could do using just my own body weight. Once rolled, as for packing in a suitcase, there's no unrolling this poster to use for reference -- holding it flat with both hands and both feet will have to be exercise enough! This poster would have to be mounted on a stiff backing to make it usable. Most of the exercises pictured will require you to be in quite good shape before you tackle them, and some make it extremely difficult to figure out what is wanted from the illustrations and arrows alone (no directions are included). There are 32 exercises in all, divided into Upper Body, Lower Body, and Full Body. One side of the poster has them in landscape format and the other side has the same 32 is in portrait format. You should study the illustrations in the listing much more closely than I did to decide if these exercises will work for you. Don't expect the poster to be portable. One final annoyance -- tracking information from UPS SurePost showed the order had been returned to Amazon as "Refused." I re-ordered, and then the first order was delivered after all, so now I have two of them. Arrggghhh!
