Aisin WPT-140 Engine Water Pump

Working without issue. Gasket supplied worked well. Installation hints for other folks:- Remove the alternator to give you clearance (disconnect battery to do so)- Get a replacement belt if you are hesitating- If putting the belt back on seems to be too small and the alternator is full loosened...you are putting the belt on incorrectly. Go back to an online picture and look again.

This is the actual Toyota part, they just grinded off the Toyota label. Fantastic product at a fantastic price. Aisin is the supplier for the factory Toyota water pumps so you know you are buying quality. Installed in my matrix, everything was perfect. Would 110% buy again. Product is made in Japan so you cannot go wrong.

This water pump installed easy, has a lot thicker plate so to me alot better bearing. Quietened down no more sounding like a steering pump or alternator bearkng propblem.

Worked like a charm. A few years after buying the car new, it would make a weird noise when starting it. Always thought it was the starter, but after putting new water pump in the noise was gone.

As advertised. About $120 cheaper then Napa. Simple install and works great.Fits my 2012 Toyota matrix 1.8L 2ZR-FE engine.
