Good product!
Very good product for this price. The laptop condition seems like new, and the way they packed it was very protective. So far, it's working well. However, I feel the display brightness is a bit low and the touch sensitivity could be better, but it's acceptable for this price. Definitely worth the money!Question for the seller – Can I install Windows 11 on this product?

Good but not useful…
Despite the product is good - with little scratches - the main problem is the funny keyboard that is not universal… Obliged to return it as it is not useful to our part of the world.

Refurbished Laptop Had Keyboard and Display Issues – Not Properly Tested
I ordered a refurbished Dell Latitude 5490 but received a Dell Latitude 5300 instead. While the model was different, the specifications were the same, so I was okay with the replacement. However, the laptop had a few issues that shouldn’t be present in a properly refurbished device.The keyboard had problems—specifically, the V, B, N, and M keys were either unresponsive or required extra pressure to work. This made typing frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the brightness control on the system was not functioning at all. I couldn’t adjust the screen brightness, which made it uncomfortable to use in different lighting conditions.I expected a better level of quality and testing for a refurbished product. These issues suggest that the device was not properly checked before shipping. Overall, a disappointing experience. I hope the seller improves their refurbishment process to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction.
