Rough and poorly fit to mask.
I really wanted to like these. The Dreamwear small full face mask has been my chosen CPAP mask since it came on the market. These covers look nice, but they don't fit as well as they should. The openings in the cover do not align easily with the various openings or tubings connected to the mask. Once I was able to get the headframe reconnected to the mask, I tried it on...and found the cloth covered one of my nostrils, limiting my inhalation. The opening over the mouth section was so tight it completely covered up my mouth. The only way I could have enough space for my mouth to be freed was to cut the fabric another 1.5 inches. At this point, I have the cover on the mask, the mask is on my face and no air leaks. But the fabric is very rough on my face, not something I want rubbing against my skin for the next 7-8 hours. And my skin is pretty tolerant of things. This fabric just isn't comfortable. I'm sorry I wasted my money on them. Maybe if I used a size M for my small mask, they might fit better, but I shouldn't have to make that adjustment. They should be appropriately sized for the mask they claim to be designed for.

Beware of size!
I ordered a size MEDIUM to fit my Dreamwear mask which is also size medium. When I received the order I noticed it was labeled size MEDIUM WIDE. Instead of returning for the correct size I decided to try the anyway although I anticipated a loose fit. Wrong! It was a struggle to get the liner on the mask because if anything it seemed too small to properly fit. Sure enough, the fabric of the liner is stretched so tightly across the nasal openings of the mask that it prevents the mask from properly sealing. I've tried for several nights to adjust straps but it is impossible to stop the air leaks because the liner actually prevents the mask from fitting properly.I am considering whether to try these filters again in a size LARGE hoping they fit my size medium mask better, or to try another brand.UPDATE: I ordered another set of liners, this time the universal fit in size LARGE. Works great!

Cover does NOT fit well. Workable, but barely
For something that is suppose to be made to fit this exact mask they do a very poor job. Large sections of the silicone surface is t covered at all. The slits for the hose attachments are poorly placed and get stretched a lot in order to fit. I’m very sad because this was my last option after breaking out in a rash from my mask. Nothing else worked (including replacing it completely). I’m going to ignore the mail fiasco because that was the postal services problem, not this company, but I will say waiting over a month for them didn’t make me any happier about their poor fit.

Do not waste your money. Highly disappointed.
I ordered these with the hopes to never have silicone touching my body again. I was so excited to see the mailman come up with my package. I put it on my dreamwear mask per the instructions of this video immediately an thought it was weird that the silicone was bunched up but I figured that's what was supposed to happen. News flash. It's not. Because of that it makes it to where the mask now leaks. Is it comfy. 100%. I'm sure if they redesigned it with snaps, or magnets or something else besides elestic it would be so much better; however it's not. All that pressure of an elastic works against you by sqeasing the plastic of the silcone breaking the seal causing you to hear every breath you take an mess ur the records the cpap machine is taking. Which is not good for you or the doctors who so closely monitor your heath. Take my advise an just get some good cloth, some tiny magnets/snaps, a needle an thread an make ur own. It would be cheaper an you would have it sooner.

Does not create a good seal.
My biggest complaint is the lack of seal this product creates - the mask moved constantly on my face. I'd been struggling with moisture on the corners of my mouth, and thought this product might help with that, but it actually made it worse - just trapping the moisture against my skin.

Great idea, ATROCIOUS execution
The idea behind these things is great; I used to make my own liners for a different kind of CPAP mask. I thought the addition of elastic would make them better, but that was because I assumed that the liners would fit the actual mask. They don't.Maybe the pattern for the liners fit the mask long ago, but it's changed enough so that there's almost no fabric covering the parts of the mask that touch the user's face. Which is supposed to be the whole point. Plus the opening for the "under-nose hole" in the mask is way too small.I guess I'll go back to making my own.

Works as described
These are a great way to prolong the life of your nose/mouth piece. If you don't pay attention and install it incorrectly it will not fit and will leak, but if done correctly it works great.I can't help but to lol about some of these reviews with pictures and videos of people wearing the mask upside down and complaining that it doesn't fit. They do eventually wear out and frey around the holes.I have cleaned and reused my set for over a year without issues.Just put a small amount of bleach and or oxy in a small cup with hot water and stir it until mixed, then soak the cloth cover overnight or longer if needed, but stir the water to keep it mixed. Rinse and let air dry.
