Great, High Quality Tank Pad
I have a 2017 Yamaha FZ09 and I had a tricky time finding a tank pad that would fit the unique shape of my tank. This one fit the bill and it has been great.Pros:- Good adhesion- High quality appearance and feelCons:- None so far, perhaps a little tricky to apply but that is true with any "stick-on" accessory.

This is a good product that stays on the bike and doesn't peel ...
This is a good product that stays on the bike and doesn't peel up. I installed this on my 2007 Kawasaki 500r and it looks great. It stays in place even while getting hot in the sun or dowsed with rain. It was easy to put on, I just peeled off the backing a little bit at the top, lined it up and put it on. I have had it on all summer and it still looks like new. I have washed the bike many times with it on and it has not affected it at all.Pros:- Looks Nice- Stays in place- Protects bike from scratches- Easy to install- Does not peel upCons:- Not sure how to take it off when the time comes

Thumbs up, would buy again, but color fades quickly in the sun
Gets the job done. Easy to apply and sticks on permanently, solidly. Design is cool looking and fit my bike as expected. I wear belts with gnarly buckles sometimes so this thing has saved my tank from loads of really nasty gashes. The docked star is because the thing faded in the sun after only a couple of months and looks kinda crap now. But looks aren't everything... it does do it's job, protects my tank, and the cut of it still looks nice. Over all thumbs up, would buy again.

Great product for great price.
A little smaller than the description but still perfect for what I needed. The shipping was pretty fast, arriving in 3 days. I waited a few days to put it on because I wanted to make sure I could take my time.It went on easily and stuck extremely well, I've been exposed to rain and sun since putting it on and still looks like new. Adhesive is holding great and the subtle carbon fiber looks great on my black tank compared to most of the more extravagant ones.Update 2 years later- still looks good and holding on strong with no signs of wearing out soon.

No problems, relatively easy install, stays put
Installed this on my 2013 Kawasaki Z1000. Prepped the surface by wiping with rubbing alcohol first, and applied it at around noon under direct Arizona sunlight, which probably helped make the "hard resin" tank pad a lot more pliable and easier to manipulate. While the adhesive does allow you to pull it up and reposition it over and over again as needed - yeah, I'm a little bit OCD and wanted it to sit RIIIIIIIIGHT in the center, so lining it up just right took a few tries - it also still manages to hold VERY securely and doesn't accidentally peel off (so far). Takes a pretty deliberate effort to try to pull it off.Not crazy about the "grippy" feel of it, though. I bought this to PROTECT the top of my tank from zipper scratches from my jacket, and I can't see how it would be necessary (or even possible) for the sticky, tacky feel of this pad's surface to be in any way useful - that's a job for the rubber tank pads on the SIDES of the tank, after all. But if that's a "must" feature for someone out there ... well, there you go. It's "grippy" as advertised. But at least it doesn't get in the way or anything for me, so ... total non-issue. Overall, it's a pretty good deal for the money.

They were easy to install
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tank protector and it looks badass on my 2014 V-Strom DL650. I used the smaller pieces on the lower sides of the tank where my knees make contact and it looks very streamlined. They were easy to install, didn't have air bubbles, and were easy to adjust once the adhesive backing was removed. I do recommend measuring before placement. The tank strip was a bit smaller than I expected, but looks great and does its job.
