No period in 3 months, was getting concerned. Took the recommended 2 pills/day and mine came within 2 days!I will say that the taste is not the best, it’s pretty strong and seems to stick around. Eat something flavorful right after taking it to help get the taste out. I’ve had these for a while and only had to use them this time so I’m pretty happy with how many came in the bottle! First off, I am not the type of person to write reviews. But I have to!! I have PCOS and took this to start my period again since I have not had my period for 9 months!! I was prescribed Provera from my doctor to start my period, but after reading the reviews I was terrified as I have had depression and severe anxiety after getting off birth control, which caused my period to go away in the first place! I decided to take 2 Dong quai capsules and 1 black cohosh capsule a day instead of the normal recommended amount, along with healthy eating (no processed foods) and incorporating exercise into my weekly schedule. In less than TWO WEEKS I got my period back!!! I am so happy!!! I believe the two in combination works better than just one alone! I am so happy I went the natural way vs taking Provera! To all my PCOS girls, give this a try!!!

I purchased to help blocked fallopian tubes. They are still blocked but I want to give it another try. I only used for 1 month.

My review is for initial receiving of the product: it came quicker than they said it would, and it was packaged securely. I make a point to count all things that have a count stated on the bottle, and all 90 capsules were present. The smell is a little weird, and I can taste it still. No effects yet, it's only the first dose so far.***UPDATE*** I feel like I noticed the effects. As weird as it sounds, I felt like my uterus worked better? 😂*UPDATE** I took this for uterine health, to help with getting pregnant, and I said I felt a difference and I did. I took this along with some fertility tea and I got through most of the containers of each (I started this first) and I'm not sure if it was just my time or these things actually worked but I'm pregnant! It's worth a shot, whether trying for pregnancy or not.
