The bag is exactly what you want if you plan to deal with any of the following for a single individual: CPR, mouth to mouth, obstructed airways, cuts, road rash, knife wound (stab or slash), gunshot wound. This is not a mobile surgery kit nor will it help much with burns. Designed to get you from the moment of the injury to medical personnel without dying. Also, has the best tourniquet I've seen in these kind of kits, I timed application and it took me 8 seconds from out of the kit to fully applied and secure. Fantastic.This covers all the basics. Get it if you're not the medic for your crew. This is an Individual First Aid Kit. Not meant for being the Emergency Medical Technician.Light weight and MOLLE connectable. Snap/tear away for emergency use.Seen a lot of these little kits when meeting up with like minded folks and most of the kits I've seen are cheap BS with basically bandaids inside or nonsense you'd never actually use in the field like stitching needles. This is the one that does what you want it to do. Take time to go through it and understand how to use it. If nothing else, practice with the tourniquet. Should take you 5 minutes to figure it out and that could save your life.

This is the second one of these I've ordered they are absolutely fabulous it comes with just about everything you need only thing I would add to it to make it a great first aid kit would be to add some Band-Aids just some normal everyday average Band-Aids it is just amazing it's a great range bag that is a great survival bag and everything in this kit is top-notch I am an EMT and first responder and this is one of the items that carry I'll order it again and again and again it's just amazing yes it didn't come with instructions on how to pack it and the items came loose which I honestly prefer because that way I know where I can put things and I would know where they are now that may not be the appropriate thing for some but it is for me I like my items where bright on hand the cord that makes a drop down to a 45° angle is perfect the zippers are strong the material is great and it's got room for more all in all it's a great first aid kit it does come with everything you would need to stop heavy bleeding

Love the bag. Seems to be strong and will last. Love the Molle system. Supplies come separate from the bag and have to be placed in the bag. There is a video which assists you on where the products should go. I like this because it forces you to get an idea where everything is should you need it. There is room in the bag for you to add a few other items which is nice. While I like the bag, the supplies in it are questionable (China made). The Israeli bandage is from China - just seems wrong. As many of the reviews have indicated, would not trust the tourniquet. Took out the nasal tube as I would never use it. Overall, I think it is a good value for the price. Moving forward I will slowly start replacing the items in the bag. No regrets with my purchase. Just know what you are getting.

This is a nice start. The bag is extremely well made. Tourniquet, Israeli bandage, CPR face shield, and shears are nice. This is not for bumps and scrapes.I added some super glue, and some clotting powder, and a few more gloves.Only con I see so far is it is a tight squeeze in the pack and no chest seals. You have to take shears out of plastic to make it fit. It fits, just hardly any extra room.I have an el cheapo small ifak that I carry for the bumps and scrapes.

This is a well constructed pouch which appears to be durable and well thought out for an IFAK. I'm not an EMT or medic so I can't qualify or debate any of the contents other than to say that everything came as stated minus the "Alcohol Swabs (4), Iodine Wipes (4)". Not a deal breaker but they were to be included and were not in the kit. As others have mentioned this is a pack it yourself kit. Pack it the way that best suites your needs. There is a helpful packing video provided on the sales site if this is an issue for you. I wasn't satisfied with confining the single tourniquet inside the IFAK pouch so I placed it in an ALICE-clipped compass pouch attached to the MOLLE webbing. With all items included placed inside the pouch there is still some room for small boo boo care items if you wish.

Son in law is an EOD officer in the army. He liked this kit to keep in the family car.

Very nice advanced first aid kit. Bought this for my truck, and the size it's perfect for a grab and go. Really liked that unit arrived with items out in box, letting me load the IFAK the way I want. Only needed to add a torniquet and a couple off extra combat dressings.

This bag is overall a fair bag and contents, there are much better ones out there.No waterproofing to the bag, The inside elastic is weak and poor, could be much better.Zippers are fair, Contents could use much improvement, Some items were missing in the packageper the label contents, Some items with expiration dates are NEARING their expiration.You could just restock this bag with far better items with better quality.Overall, its FAIR for the money Value
