Q: How can I tell if the probiotics are still alive?

I assume that the expiration date will tell if they are still alive or not.

Q: I keep it in my mouth for an hour or more, thinking that will maximize the chances for colonizing the good bacteria. Am I wrong?

Seems excessive, but I'm just a customer. It's not supposed to replace/colonize the bacteria in your mouth, only offset the unhealthy bacteria through additional oral hygiene.

Q: Does this product need refrigerated?

Nope! The strains we are using can withstand higher temperatures and can be left at room temperature. From their website “We tested several different strains and only chose the 2 that were able to survive with the other ingredients. The product was 3rd party tested to ensure the probiotics are viable. “

Q: How much of each probiotic are in each bottle?
